BONJOUR et BIENVENUE à la Maison de Ste Claire
La Maison de Ste Claire vous propose un atelier pédagogique du 20 au 22 septembre 2019 pour les professeurs de français qui enseigneront le cours “Extension” (Les Intouchables) en 2020.
- Trois jours / deux nuits: Arrivée le vendredi dans le matinée et départ après le déjeuner le dimanche.
- Critique du film: visionné et discuté le film.
- Etude approfondie du vocabulaire et expressions idiomatiques.
- Préparations de questions pour les segments prescrits (en anglais).
- Nous analyserons les thèmes prescrits et préparerons des questions orales et écrites pour chacun d’entre eux (avec enregistrement mp3 pour les questions orales):
1. Acceptance: outcasts, stereotypes and dealing with disability.
2. Resilience: friendship, social mobility, responsibility and dependence.
3. Identity: social inequality, cultural difference and self-worth. - E-book interactif et les vidéos sur les thèmes et sur le film.

A wonderful opportunity for you to update your skills for the HSC Course prescriptions for French Extension, for 2020–2024, to honed on your language skills, brainstorm with other French teachers, practise your French with native speakers, while revitalising oneself in paradise, at la Maison de Ste Claire on our 12-acre property in northern NSW, Australia.
Daily activities consist of workshop in the morning; conversation, brainstorming and group presentations and/or other interactive and focused activities in the afternoon; “l’aperitif”, contemporary French musicals or cinema in the evening. What does the price include?

Conditions of Enrolment
- No enrolment is accepted without a $150 deposit..
- Fees are not refundable where enrolment is cancelled by a student due to changes in work commitments or personal circumstances but can be used within 12 months of purchase. Only applicable if Maison de Ste Claire is advised at least 14 days prior to your intended arrival.
The Procedure to Follow
- Please send a deposit of $150 for confirmation and email your completed information form (below). Full-payment is due a month before the start of your program and please send a request for an invoice if needed.
- Please complete the Student Information Form and return by email. Please specify any dietary requirement and/or food allergies. You can click here for the What to bring Form.
- Send us your flight details, once purchased.
- The closest airport to la Maison de Ste Claire is the Coolangatta Airport (OOL) on the Gold Coast, and we provide airport return transfer (complimentary for group pickup at OOL only).
- Airport pick-up at OOL is at 0930 hrs (NSW time) and departure from la Maison de Ste Claire on the last day is at 1430 hrs (NSW time), so please choose the appropriate arrival and departure times when booking your flights.
- The travel time from la Maison de Ste Claire to Coolangatta Airport is about 45 minutes.
- Please allow 1 hour for check-in prior to your flight's scheduled departure time and also make note of Daylight Savings if travelling between the 7/10/2018 to 7/04/2019 and 6/10/2019 to 5/04/2020.
