La Maison de St Claire is an award winning French/English learning environment that offers:
At la Maison de St Claire, we strive to develop each pupil’s motivation through literature, songs, cinema, writing plays, cuisine and much more. All activities are designed to be interactive to widen our students’ vocabulary in an active manner. Learning with action encourages all the five sensory perceptions to be more receptive which reinforces retention.
Indeed, at la Maison de St Claire, we strive for a complete immersion thereby inducing accelerated language development and cultural appreciation.

Guests live with a French speaking family at la Maison de St Claire, a 12-acre private property at Upper Crystal Creek, Northern New South Wales, Australia. Students learning English will be hosted by Australian families in a homestay environment.
A total immersion experience includes an integrated program of focused activities and daily routine, formal tuition, social conversation and extra-curricular activities with native french / english speakers.

In April 2000, Gilles and Zarina left the rat-race life they were leading, good jobs and house by the beach in Sydney, to live harmoniously with nature in a healthy environment, becoming self-efficient and eating fresh organic food. Bringing the expertise they both have and with a desire to share their love of the Australian natural environment and promote the French culture and linguistic diversity of the world, la Maison de St Claire came into being.
